1. Acceptance of the Jianghu Treaty

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by MurimVerse ("the Platform"), you enter into a binding covenant governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not align with these precepts, you must cease traversing our archives immediately.

2. Intellectual Heritage & Lore Attribution

MurimVerse is dedicated to academic preservation, comparative analysis, and high-fidelity archival of martial arts traditions across classical Wuxia and contemporary Webtoon multiverse representations.

Original Source Material: Character names, manhwa titles, sect designs, and narrative concepts remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, publishers, and studios.
Platform Code & Cartography: The interactive WebGL Pixi.js engine, taxonomic classifications, visual dossier frameworks, and platform code are licensed under the MIT License for educational and community enjoyment.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Martial Taboos

Cultivators shall refrain from the following forbidden arts:

Deploying automated attack vectors, credential stuffing, or algorithmic Denial-of-Service scripts against our nodes.
Attempting to bypass role-based access restrictions or unauthorized elevation to ADMIN sovereign tier.
Injecting malicious scripts, SQL payloads, or directory traversal strings into search, login, or asset endpoints.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

MurimVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The project custodians shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from reliance on cultivation tier ranks, technique guides, or intermittent server downtime.

5. Communications & Treaty Revisions

These terms may be revised periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes full endorsement of revised covenants.
